In such case, Zoe Arazan undertakes to select a Processor that offers sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organisational measures for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the Act and the Regulation.

The processing of these data by Zoe Arazan, in its capacity as Data Controller, or by service providers acting on behalf and for the account of Zoe Arazan, takes place in accordance with the Act and the Regulation.
