Sometimes even legends need a different stage.

You, the woman whose charisma speaks before she does, have 14 calendar days from the day your order arrives to decide these treasures aren’t quite your next chapter. That’s your legal right of withdrawal, and we honour it with elegance.

How to return (the graceful way)

1. Send us a quick note at zoe@zoearazan.com within those 14 days.
2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions (no forms, no fuss).
3. Ship the piece(s) back at your own expense — return shipping is on you, darling.

What we gladly welcome home

• Everything must arrive in pristine condition: unworn, with all original tags attached, in the same packaging we sent.
• Never-worn treasures must still look like they just left their original box.
• Pre-loved pieces should feel exactly as they did when they arrived — any sign of adventure (wear, scent, missing tags) may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.

Refunds (because you were born for the extraordinary) Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a full refund within 14 days. You’ll get back the entire amount you paid for the item(s), including the original shipping cost (if you’re returning the whole order).

We never charge administration, processing or restocking fees. Ever. We only deduct if a piece has clearly lived a little too wildly since it left our hands.

A note from your Parisian curator These are not mass-market uniforms — they’re exceptional treasures with stories already woven into their seams. Please check sizing and condition carefully before you buy. Our photos and descriptions are as honest as they are glamorous.
